If you have servers in house or servers in the cloud, you need an offsite backup solution. Even if you are hosting in a datacenter, backup services are not normally included, and even when they are, backups are usually stored in the same location as your servers. You need a backup that you control in a separate location.
Server Backup
Our backup solution is priced per Linux/Mac/Windows server, regardless of the amount of data stored, including external hard drives. You can control what is backed up, how often it is backed up, how many revisions are kept, and much more. All data is encrypted before it is sent to the backup servers, and is also sent over a secure connection. No one can see any of your data unless they have the encryption key - even server administrators cannot see any of your data. However, you don't have to worry about any of the complexities - we talk with you about your needs and can configure all the software for you, so you do not have to handle anything.
MySQL Replication
As an add on to our Server Backup solution, we offer MySQL Replication. If you use MySQL databases for your website, even with a standard backup solution, you most likely will not have the latest data if your server were to crash. With our MySQL Replication solution, the instant any data is added, updated, or deleted, it is immediately copied to our servers over a secure connection. If your server were to crash, you would have all of your data, without one missing record. We configure everything for you so you can just relax knowing all of your data is immediately backed up.
Backup Monitoring
Included in all our backup service is daily monitoring of the backups to ensure everything is being backed up correctly. If there are any issues, we will check into it proactively and resolve them.
