REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT

Camna, LLC provides remote support services to clients across the US. Remote support allows us to answer your questions and help resolve your computer problems over the phone. In addition, if you have Internet access and are able to get online, we can connect to your computer using the Internet. This allows us to fix issues on your computer, show you how to use new or existing software, or install new software for you.

Some common uses of remote support:

  • Computer cleanup (remove viruses and spyware)
  • Installation of antivirus/spyware/firewall software
  • Analysis of current computer and network set up and suggestions for improvements
  • Suggestions for a backup solution and assistance setting up good backup policies
  • Installation of new software
  • Training in standard software packages (such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Finding the reason for computer issues and fixing the problem

Requirements

For remote support (which includes a phone call and possible connection to your computer), you must have an active phone line, high-speed Internet, and a computer that is connected to the Internet. If you are having hardware problems with your computer or cannot access the internet, we will not be able to connect to your computer to handle the problem directly. In this case we can provide support over the phone to help you identify and resolve your computer issues. Please note that your Internet connection should be a high speed connection for remote support to work efficiently. Dial up and satellite connections may or may not work.
