Requirements: For remote support (which includes a phone call and possible connection to your computer), you must have an active phone line, high-speed Internet, and a computer that is connected to the Internet. If you are having hardware problems with your computer or cannot access the internet, we will not be able to connect to your computer to handle the problem directly. In this case we can provide support over the phone to help you identify and resolve your computer issues. Please note that your Internet connection should be a high speed connection for remote support to work efficiently. Dial up and satellite connections may or may not work.
