Online Computer Support

Follow the instructions on this page to start a remote computer support session.



  • Click here to download the EXE file that will allow us to temporarely connect to your computer.
  • Save the file to your desktop, or another easy-to-find location.

  • Once the download completes, launch the file.
    Launch
  • Click "Run," or "Continue" on any security dialogues that may come up. If you are using Windows Vista, you may also have to click "Allow" if the User Protection Dialogue comes up.
    Run
  • Once the program launches, click "Connect." There is no need to enter a username or password.
    Connect
  • After you have launched the connection, wait several minutes for us to gain access to your computer.
